"Pleasure mmmm, oh Sun dried too so many fun recipes with those!! :) Mango Chutney for one, Blend some mango with Sundrieds and a hint of ginger, pour over mango cubes. Of course thats the simplest version :) I love love love a raw tomato "pasta…"

"I would bet it would still taste Delicious, may digest a little different but giver a go!! While fresh is best (you could go buys some raw ones) home grown is tough to beat! ENjoy it!"

"We are going to try the Mango Gazpacho!  We have some tomatoes that were canned from our garden - do you think that would be okay?  It would not be all raw because we heated the tomatoes while canning them...?? "
