Event Description

Bring more consciousness to how you work with people - using more of your inner potential

To work systemically means to include more of the whole hidden picture in the way we work - to learn to sense and see interconnected invisible systems, to ask questions there and to navigate intuitively, allowing movement and transformation. Such work is applied in systemic family constellations for instance but is also recognised as a set of inner-skills valuable for anyone who works in places where there are ever-higher degrees of complexity and inter-dependence. In this week we will use exercises and your own real-life issues to cultivate and practice a more embodied and subtle intelligence, with a particular kind of presence and focus.

You will learn to shift the emphasis from working with people to working with whole hidden systems of which people are a part. The week may radically change your experience of life as you become more resonant with whole-fields of human interaction and develop a more attuned inner self-connection, bringing much more consciousness and connectedness to how you work and live.

Stephen works as a coach and healer at Findhorn and abroad. He’s engaged in research on consciousness, collective intelligence and contemporary mysticism at Thomas Hübl’s 'Academy of Inner Science’ in Germany and has trained with a group of pioneers in systemic work at the Nowhere Foundation (UK). For over 25 years he has helped people fulfil their higher potential in Europe, Africa, Asia & North America. He has a special interest in coaching for evolutionary potential and runs programmes on inner leadership and innovation-competence / see www.deepsystemshealing.com

Adele has developed educational programmes at the Findhorn Foundation which deepen enquiry into consciousness and life-enhancing living. She co-created and co-facilitates the new Findhorn residential and online programme “Living Whole: Shaping a Future of Grace, Beauty and Sustainability", and the 18-month 'Findhorn Intensive'. She is ordained as an Interfaith Minister, qualified as an Esalen massage therapist, and is a passionate 5Rhythms dancer. Prior to Findhorn, she worked in her home country South Africa, and across Europe, the US and Asia.

Previous feedback: "One of those courses where you think you know what and why you’re doing
something and then the journey itself and the place arrived at surpasses all hopes & expectations."
“A very important, supportive, healing and inspiring journey: the theory and practice in understanding the relationship between the field and our perception, reading from the field and trusting in the process - discovering deeper layers and wider perspectives, gave me a sense of inner peace and confidence in my own life process.”
“Thank you for creating this beautiful, safe and wise space for us to explore the unknown.”
