Propose national and regional "grids" of coops for food production, affordable (cluster) housing development, energy production. Coops would operate as barter systems (example: exchange/ship northern clime produce with southern tropical clime produce, coffee, etc) Energy grids on local/regional basis using solar, wind, methane/biofuels-whatever is best for given geographic areas.
